Please Be Aware
Anyone wishing to discuss matters at a town board meeting MUST submit a request to be added to the agenda by 12 PM noon, the Thursday before the meeting. You can make a request by calling the town hall at 651-462-2812 or emailing info@linwoodtownship.org. Any requests made AFTER 12pm on that Thursday, will be added to the following meeting. Meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Burning permits are regulated by the MN Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and are issued by Fire Wardens within the township. The Linwood Twp. Fire Department does not issue permits. For information on the status as to whether a permit is required please visit the DNR website or contact a local Fire Warden listed on the Fire Dept. page

The regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2024 in the Board Room of the Linwood Town Hall located at 22817 Typo Creek Dr NE, Stacy, MN 55079. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that following the above-mentioned meeting, the Linwood Town Board and the Linwood Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a Joint Meeting for the purpose of discussing the proposed zoning ordinance amendments as it relates to non-domestic animals and their shelters.
